Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unopened merchandise to EMF Solutions Canada within 30 days of purchase. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final sale. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All products have a restocking fee of 25% and will require the purchaser to ship the items at the customers' expense. to:

EMF Solutions Canada will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly by EMF Solutions Canada. Cancellation policy

Orders must be cancelled at least 2 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund. Orders cancelled may be subject to a 10% cancelation fee to offset expenses incurred for credit card processing and administration.
